Fabric: 75% Nylon, 25% Lycra. Machine wash with similar shades, wash inside out, use a gentle cycle, no bleaching, tumble dry on low, get warm with a handy iron, or let the dry cleaning experts take care of it.

WAIST - Measure around your smallest part of the waistline, keep the tape comfortably loose.
HIP - Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
THIGH - Measure around the fullest part of upper leg while standing.
INSEAM - Stand with feed slightly apart and measure from crotch to ankle.
