Shipping & Processing Times
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
- Shipping Time: We offer free 2-day shipping on all orders.
- Shipping Days: We ship 7 days a week, including weekends.
- Tracking Information: Once a shipping label is created (within 24 hours of purchase), you will receive an email with tracking details.
Shipping Locations
- We ship domestically to all 50 U.S. states.
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Carriers & Insurance
- All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with insurance coverage up to $100.
- If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us at khara@khatwalk.com for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, here’s how we can help:
- Return Eligibility: Items must be brand new, unworn, and in their original packaging and submitted for return within 30 days of purchase.
- Return Process: Contact info@khatwalk.com to initiate a return.
- Free Returns: We provide prepaid return labels for all eligible returns.
- Refunds & Exchanges: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
- We do ship to P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses, but customers should contact info@khatwalk.com before placing an order to confirm details.
